Pricing Manager – an International Strategic Role

(Position open in Estonia or Latvia)

We are looking for an experienced Pricing leader with a proven track record of owning and driving pricing decisions – not just supporting.

In this newly created role, you will shape and execute pricing strategy across six markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Australia). The focus is on:

• New customer growth and long-term lifecycle value

• Credit risk and profitability balance

• APR, fee structure, and unit economics leadership

We expect:

• Hands-on experience leading pricing in consumer lending/credit products

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to influence stakeholders

• Confidence in initiating strategic change across international teams
