IPF Digital AS - Senior SEO Specialist

IPF Digital, an international fintech company operating under the brands Credit24 and Creditea, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

With operations in 6 countries – Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Australia – and more than 260,000 active customers, we are driving the future of digital lending. To strengthen our online visibility and app presence, we are now searching for a professional who is passionate about search and app store optimization and ready to make a real impact in an international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO and ASO strategies across multiple international markets

• Lead complex projects such as site migrations, app metadata updates, and optimization roadmaps

• Perform technical SEO activities, including audits, Core Web Vitals improvements, structured data implementation, crawling, and indexing fixes

• Design and deliver ASO strategies to maximize app visibility, downloads, and engagement in app stores

• Use advanced tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, Sensor Tower) to measure and optimize performance

• Collaborate with product, content, analytics, and tech teams to ensure best practices are implemented

• Mentor and support junior SEO team members, sharing expertise and building internal capabilities

• Monitor algorithm changes in both search engines and app stores, adapting strategies proactively

• Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders

What we expect:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in international or multi-market environments

• At least 2 years of direct ASO experience for both iOS and Android apps

• Proven track record of driving organic traffic and app visibility through advanced SEO/ASO strategies

• Strong technical expertise (Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawling/indexing, SEO audits)

• Proficiency in SEO and ASO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AppTweak, Sensor Tower)

• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent English communication skills (Estonian or Latvian is an advantage)

• A professional SEO certification or a relevant degree in computer science, marketing, or communications is a plus
