The role

As our new Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic growth and elevating our market presence. You’ll lead a talented team, shape brand strategy, and collaborate closely with leadership to achieve ambitious goals.

 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team

  • Oversee brand management, campaigns, and communications across channels

  • Partner with sales and product teams to drive growth initiatives

  • Analyze performance data and optimize for impact

 

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles

  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience with multi-market campaigns is a plus

  • Excellent English skills (Estonian is a plus)
